About

About PaySense

We help software companies that bundle payments sell more by simplifying their sales cycle with data-driven fee analysis.

What We Do

PaySense is a merchant statement analysis platform. We take the most time-consuming part of the payments sales process -- manually reviewing a merchant's processing statement to find savings -- and automate it.

Our analysis engine extracts every fee line item from a merchant statement, classifies each charge into interchange, network, and processor markup categories, and verifies rates against 2025 published Visa and Mastercard interchange tables. The result is a complete cost breakdown that shows exactly where savings opportunities exist.

The output is a branded, export-ready proposal that your sales team can deliver to prospects immediately. What used to take an experienced analyst 30 to 45 minutes now takes under 60 seconds.

Who We Serve

PaySense is built for vertical SaaS companies that sell software and payments bundled together. Our typical customers are software platforms where integrated payment processing is a core part of the product and a key revenue driver.

These sales teams share a common challenge: they receive merchant processing statements in dozens of different formats from dozens of different processors, and they need to turn each one into an accurate savings analysis quickly enough to keep the sales cycle moving.

Vertical SaaS with Integrated Payments

Software platforms that bundle payment processing into their product. Statement analysis helps your sales team show merchants the cost advantage of switching to your platform.

Payment Facilitators and ISOs

Organizations that board merchants onto processing platforms. PaySense accelerates your sales and proposal workflow by automating the statement review step.

Our Approach

We focus on doing one thing well: extracting actionable intelligence from merchant processing statements. We do not try to be a CRM, a payment gateway, or a general-purpose analytics tool.

Every feature we build is validated against the real workflows of sales teams that analyze statements daily. If a feature does not directly reduce the time from "statement received" to "proposal sent," it does not ship.
