One analysis is a single merchant statement upload. Multi-page statements from the same merchant and month count as one analysis. Re-analyzing the same statement does not count as additional usage.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you get immediate access to the higher tier features.

You will be notified when you approach your limit. Additional analyses beyond your included allowance are billed at the overage rate: $12 each on Starter, $9 each on Professional.

PaySense handles PDFs from all major processors including First Data (Fiserv), TSYS, Worldpay, Global Payments, Elavon, Heartland, Square, Stripe, and others. Both digital and scanned PDFs are supported.

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Statement files are stored in private buckets with no public access. Signed URLs expire within 60 seconds. Enterprise plans include configurable data retention policies.
